These general terms and conditions apply specifically to all orders and contracts concluded via the Restylia GmbH online shop at www.restylia.ch .

Restylia GmbH can change these general terms and conditions at any time. The decisive factor is the version that is given to the buyer when making a purchase or order.

Restylia GmbH offers this online store, including all information, tools and services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our offer is aimed exclusively at customers residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses within Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

Our offers are valid as long as they are visible in the online shop and/or while stocks last. Price changes and changes to the range are possible at any time. Images in advertising, brochures or in the online shop are for illustrative purposes only and are non-binding.

3. Payment Terms

The products can be purchased from Restylia GmbH using a credit card, TWINT or Klarna. Restylia GmbH reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods generally or for individual customers without further explanation. It is possible that Restylia GmbH charges additional fees for certain payment methods.

4. Orders

As soon as the order has been submitted, the customer automatically receives a confirmation of receipt documenting the receipt of the order by the online shop. Once this confirmation has been received, the customer will no longer be able to make any changes to the order and the order will be binding.

The delivery period specified in the offer or in the order confirmation serves only as a guide and is non-binding.

Restylia GmbH reserves the right to reject orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. Should this occur, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded. Products that are temporarily not available cannot be reserved.

5. Retention of title

Restylia GmbH reserves the right to retain ownership of the purchased goods until the invoice amount has been paid in full.

6. Prize

The prices stated are in Swiss francs and include value added tax (VAT). The price stated in the online shop at the time of ordering is decisive. Additional paid services such as delivery are listed separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice.

7. Delivery

The delivery address must be within Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Home delivery typically involves delivery of the order to the curb. Home delivery does not include any additional services such as unpacking, assembly of the purchased item or disposal of packaging material. The costs for home delivery are listed separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice in addition to the price of the products ordered.
If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, the customer is obliged to immediately complain to the delivery person (e.g. freight forwarder, postal service) and refuse acceptance without affecting his warranty rights. The customer should receive confirmation of damage from the delivery person (e.g. freight forwarder, post office). In addition, all transport damage must be reported to the online shop immediately.

8. Time of delivery

As a rule, delivery of the ordered goods takes place within 10 to 15 working days after receipt of the order, unless a different delivery period is specified in the order. If an item is temporarily unavailable, the buyer will be notified. It should be noted that delays in delivery do not entitle the buyer to refuse to accept the order, terminate the contract, claim damages or request a refund of the purchase price.

9. Conclusion of contract

In order to conclude a purchase contract, the delivery address must be in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders from minors are only permitted with the consent of their legal representative.

By placing an order, the customer makes an offer to conclude a contract with the online shop. Immediately after placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation of receipt as proof that the order has been received by the online shop. However, this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but simply informs you that the order has been received. Once this confirmation has been received, the customer will no longer be able to make changes to the order and will be bound by it. The purchase contract comes into force as soon as the online shop accepts the customer's offer and ships the ordered product to the customer. The online shop reserves the right to reject orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. If this occurs, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. No further claims are possible. Products that are temporarily unavailable cannot be reserved.

10. Guarantee

Restylia GmbH offers a two-year guarantee against construction defects and material defects from receipt or delivery of the goods, unless other written agreements have been made. However, this guarantee does not include the statutory warranty period.
Complaints must be made within eight days of receipt or delivery of the goods. Hidden defects should be reported immediately after they are discovered. Excluded from the guarantee are damages caused by normal wear and tear, aging or improper handling. The guarantee expires if the goods are changed or processed by the buyer despite a visible defect.

The customer is aware that Restylia GmbH decides on the method of remedying the defect. As part of the guarantee, defects will be remedied free of charge by replacing the faulty goods with flawless products. Restylia GmbH also reserves the right to reverse the transaction if necessary. No further claims are possible. If Restylia GmbH, the manufacturer or a warranty or service point provides a warranty service, a warranty of 6 months is granted on the replaced product. If the original warranty period is longer, it will remain in effect. These guarantee periods are neither interrupted nor renewed by any guarantee services.

11. Return Policy

Returns are possible up to 30 calendar days after collection from the store or from the date of the postmark or delivery or receipt confirmation. If the customer cannot provide confirmation of delivery or receipt, the 30-day period begins from the date the order was shipped. When returned, the product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, clean and complete, including any accessories. Any seals must not be broken.
Costs for services provided such as delivery will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for organizing the return transport and the associated costs.

12. Data Protection

Restylia GmbH collects, processes and uses the data collected as part of the conclusion of the contract in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the purchase contract. In order to provide the service and fulfill the contract, the data required can also be passed on to commissioned service partners, including logistics companies, service partners or debt collection companies. This data transfer can also take place outside countries with different data protection standards. By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees to this use of data.

13. Liability and Disclaimer

Liability depends on the applicable legal provisions. However, it is important to emphasize that in no situation can Restylia GmbH be held responsible for slight negligence, indirect or indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits or unrealized savings due to use, errors or failure of performance.

14. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Only Swiss law is applicable, excluding conflict of law norms and the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is in Zofingen.
